Mr Lok Choon Hong
Mr Lok is a qualified lawyer (non-practising) in Malaysia and Singapore and a registered patent, trademark and industrial design agents for Malaysia. He has been actively involved in the IP field for the past sixteen (16) years. He was awarded the world’s top 1000 patent practitioners by IAM magazine for year 2013, 2014 and 2015 and the Malaysian IP Agent award in year 2013 by the Malaysian IP office.
Mr Lok holds a Master of Laws Degree from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, an executive MBA degrees from INSEAD and E-MBA from Tsinghua University, China.
He is also the founding partner of Pintas IP Group (PIPG), a Asean based regional professional intellectual property (IP) firm, Global IP Southeast Asia Pte Ltd (GIP-Asean), an IP agency and consultancy boutique firm focusing on Japan-Southeast Asia regions.
Apart from IP agency and consultancy works, Mr Lok is also actively involved in angel capital investment in IP based companies in Malaysia, Singapore and China. Mr Lok is currently the treasurer of Malaysian Business Angel Network (MBAN).
Mr Bryan Lo Ching Wing
Bryan Lo is a Chartered Marketer and has been a trainer for 15 years. He was involved in Intellectual Property research and consulting works with Pintas Consulting Group for 10 years. Prior to that, he was working with the banking industry for 14 years.
Bryan is a PSMB/HRDF Certified Trainer. To date, he has conducted numerous training to many private and public listed companies, government departments, higher learning institutions, and non-profit making organizations in the areas of brand IP, marketing and financial planning. In 2007, he has been awarded the championship as the top recruiter trainer by AmBank Financial Services.
He also contributes to the academic field by lecturing in a local public University and had published many research papers in branding, marketing and financial planning which earned him an “Excellent Service Award” in 2014. He is also the author of 10 business and motivational books.
He holds a Master of Laws from Northumbria University and an MBA from the University of Leicester. He is also a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner.
Ms Lee Jia Yee
Ms Lee holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Hons) degree with a major in Biomechanics from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is currently a registered Patent Agent in Malaysia. Her expertise lies in the areas of mechanical and electrical engineering, information technology, medical devices, telecommunication, biology etc.
Her professional activities include drafting patents, conducting prior art searches, performing freedom to operate analysis, responding to office actions, preparing documents for filing of patents and providing advice pertaining to IP matters.
