Mr. Tang is the Managing Director of Rapid Genesis Sdn. Bhd., a local company specialising in the commercialisation of R&D and new technologies for industries and businesses.
He works closely with both public and private universities and research institutions such as UKM, UPM, MARDI as well as Monash University and Nottingham University to collaborate in the business of commercialisation. His company has also provided consultation and partnership with a number of Malaysian companies in adopting and implementation new technologies and innovations in their business operations.
Mr. Tang holds a first degree in Chemical Engineering and post-graduate MBA, both from University of Malaya. He has also recently undertook the Entrepreneurship Programme at the Stanford University Center of Professional Development under the sponsorship of MaGIC.
